Prima Dance Academy launches in Bury St Edmunds in September 2015.
Having relocated from the North of England, Clare Robinson, the Principal, is keen to achieve the high standards reached at her former school. Prima in Tyne & Wear was the first to be awarded recognised school status by the Council for Dance Education and had a reputation for being one of the top north-eastern dance schools, particularly in Ballet training.
With 19 years teaching experience and qualifications with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and International Dance Teachers’ Association (IDTA) Clare has entered students for RAD exams right up to Advanced 2, achieving Distinction even at Advanced levels. Many of her students have gone on to Ballet School, Musical Theatre colleges (usually with scholarships) and ultimately professional dance careers.

(Please note, Prima Dance Academy is based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Following my relocation I am no longer connected with Prima Academy in Washington, Tyne & Wear).
